Udey is a highly trained registered massage therapist. In addition to his massage therapy training, he completed 3 years of medical school thus bringing a vast background of medical knowledge into his treatment sessions.

Udey has experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and specializes in deep tissue, myofascial release, facilitated stretching, range of motion progression, trigger point release & relaxation massage. Udey is very active and enjoys playing sports including basketball, soccer, and weight training. His passion and background in athletics, help him to relate to athletes and treat sport injuries successfully. He is kind, professional, and is focused on helping his clients achieve optimal mental and physical health.
